TnGo rebate effective 1st September 2009

I have checked with the TnG about my rebate, initially the system said my card was not eligible for the rebate. As i'm using average 4x per working day, asked them to re-checking and result shows there are 91 transactions last month.

Was told i can only get the rebate after 5th of next month....

All checking can be done via the TnG offices, or you can register yourself online to view your total transactions fro the month. the rebate will be automatically debit into your card only in TnG offices. Cheers

Hmm beeman.. I also wanna claim my Sept'09 rebates la.. How do you get the 20% rebate... is it the 20% value from total usage if above 80 transactions?

ermm...i heard tht the rebate only works when we top up at the touch n go counters.... if we top up via petrol station or atm...we dont qualify...

Err.. the Q is.. the 20% rebate comes from the amount of top up or the >80 transaction value?

I find this TNG rebate not so user friendly and we can only get the rebates at the TNG counters which I think there is only 1 outlet in KL Sentral

yup Bro DK, it's 20% value from total usage. Say if u have 81 transactions for the month, the rebate is 20% of your 81 usage. No rebate given to total transactions below 80.
