| Good one Donyong. Maybe I should drive around town without the spare tyre, toolkit and rubber mats (can use newspaper-just throw when soiled. Even save on washing water!). Put less water into the washer bottle. Use fibre hood and boot. Cannot remove all the strut and bracing bars.... | |

| There is one way to reduce the weight by another 50kg, i.e. by changing the rear multilink to torsion beam (aka slyphy). | |

| I have calculated the total weight of the OEM Lancer GT 18" wheels and Advan tyres. On its own, the rotational mass from it is 517kgs of static weight. Thus, the total weight of a moving lancer is 1385kg + 517kgs = 1902kgs. | |
