Torque vs. Horsepower Empty
PostSubject: Torque vs. Horsepower   Torque vs. Horsepower EmptyTue Jan 26, 2010 4:20 pm

There have been many questions asked about Horsepower and Torque especially in relation to acceleration and top speed.

In both cases, horsepower matters. Torque's advantage is ONLY during initial pickup or overtake, where it gives you good road grip and engine bite which is 0.5 seconds at best. Thereafter, horsepower rules.
